180 MINISTRIES FOR GIRLS ONLINE APPLICATION

Welcome to 180 Ministries for Girls, where you will find much more than a mere rehabilitation program. Rehabilitation involves restoration to an original state. We at Teen Challenge believe that God has a greater plan for your family. He intends to transform your daughter into the young woman she was created to be. We anticipate this simple assurance will change your outlook from one of pain and despair to hope, and we thank you for considering our program as an agent of blessing to your family.

We wholeheartedly believe that God brought your family to 180 Ministries for Girls / Teen Challenge in order for us to stand and fight alongside you through faith for the future and safety of your daughter. Our motto scripture at 180 Ministries for Girls is 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” We are here to offer that same life-changing freedom to you and your family. We look forward to working with you.

Tuition and Fee's

The cost of tuition for our 15-month program is $3,600.00 per month, per student. Upon intake and placement, the first and last month’s tuition costs, plus all intake fees described below, totaling $9,400.00, are due before the student arrives at the program. These non-refundable fees can be paid  in 3 ways.  Go online to www.180ministries.net/take-action or bring a cashier's check when your student arrives at the program.  These fees cover all regular academic and Bible classes through the 15 month program.

FIRST MONTH’S ENROLLMENT FEES

FIRST MONTH’S TUITION: $3,600
COMPLETION MONTH’S TUITION: $3,600

Intake Fees:
CURRICULUM AND SCHOOL FEE: $950
USE OF LAPTOP: $750
ADMINISTRATION FEE: $200
UNIFORM FEE: $300

TOTAL (Must be paid online or cashier's check): $9,400

NOTE: If a student needs special transportation to Salt Lake City for any reason, including but not limited to a physician appointment or the airport, there will be a $100.00 round-trip transportation fee. If the appointment is in the Tooele area, there will be a $50.00 transportation fee. Airport trips earlier than 9 a.m. and later than 8 p.m. will cost an additional $50.00. Parents do have the option to take their child to the doctor to avoid fees by scheduling the appointment during a Parent Weekend after their daughter qualifies for her first off-campus pass. These appointments must not interrupt the Parent Weekend schedule or have the parent absent from Parent Weekend classes/activities. An ideal time to take your child to an appointment would be early on Friday before Parent Weekend actually begins. Students will not be eligible for week passes or transitions home if their tuition account is not current.

If time is added to a student’s program, the only additional cost will be the monthly tuition equivalent cost for each additional month the student is in the program.

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Whether your child remains in Teen Challenge for (1) day or the full minimum fifteen (15) months, NONE OF THE TUITION FEES, SCHOOL CURRICULUM FEES, UNIFORM FEES AS APPLICABLE, INDUCTION FEES OR STUDENT ACCOUNT FEES ARE REFUNDABLE. THERE WILL BE NO PRO-RATING OF TUITION UPON EARLY WITHDRAWL. Laptops remain the property of 180 Ministries for Girls.

SCHOOL TRANSCRIPTS HELD UNTIL BALANCE PAID. Teen Challenge shall reserve the right to hold all school transcripts until the balance of the agreement has been paid in full: If the parent/legal guardian removes the student prior to completion of the program (early removal); if the student (18 years old) voluntarily withdrawals themselves from the program; if the Second Party fails to fulfill the financial agreement; or if the student is dismissed due to failure of Second Party to support Teen Challenge policy and procedures.
