AT-RISK REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR GIRLS

Our residential recovery program offers at-risk girls the opportunity to live, learn and heal within a structured and supportive environment where they can experience the unconditional love of God and the transforming power of the Gospel. This isn’t drug rehab, this is learning a new life, free from drugs and alcohol, giving the girls a new sense of purpose and direction for their lives.

We are staffed by a team of compassionate, Christian leaders who are specially trained and dedicated to working with troubled girls, ages 12 to 17, who are in danger of making decisions that will have lifelong destructive consequences for themselves and their families. It is our goal to guide young girls toward discovering their true identity in Christ and fulfilling their God-given destiny and purpose.

Our home and school, both parts of this Tooele Utah rehabilitation facility, are located on a quiet, five-acre property in rural Utah that includes an apple orchard; cherry, apricot, walnut, and peach trees, chickens, horses, pigs, ducks and a large greenhouse.

How does the REHABILITATION program work?

Our 15-month drug and alcohol recovery program is designed to address a variety of high-risk behaviors, such as substance abuse, rebellion, defiance, lying, manipulation, stealing, promiscuity, self-harm, running away, drinking alcohol, poor peer choices and failure to progress in a traditional school setting.

We provide accredited academics, daily devotionals, life-skills training and activities, individual mentoring, and a Bible-based discipleship curriculum developed by Teen Challenge, which teaches girls how to replace bad attitudes and substance abuse with healthy choices and positive thinking. We truly believe that the girls in our program have the best chance to get free and rehabilitated from drugs and alcohol and negative behavior, preparing them for a great life ahead!

We encourage them to believe that embracing Christian principles will not only enable them to conquer the drug and alcohol problems they have encountered, but will bring them to a place of lasting freedom and victory. Our commitment to helping girls break the destructive patterns in their lives has recently been expanded to include a specialized program of aftercare resources that promote ongoing healing, character development and leadership as they reintegrate into their schools, families and communities.

Drug addiction, alcoholism and life-controlling issues are serious, and require a serious approach to recovery and rehabilitation. You can recover and be rehabilitated from substance abuse and behavioral issues. 180 Ministries for Girls can be the missing piece to the puzzle!
